OpenHIE
Abstract: OpenHIE is a global community of practice that aims to improve health through open and collaborative development and support of country driven, large-scale health information-sharing. It does so by enabling health information interoperability; offering freely available standards-based approaches and reference technologies; and uses peer technical-assistance communities to provide any support/assistance. The Open HIE community supports interoperability by creating a reusable architectural framework that leverages health information standards and enables flexible implementation by country partners.
