Tuberculosis Monitoring and Evaluation Post-Training Capacity Assessment (Cambodia)
Abstract: The main purpose of the post-training evaluation is to assess the level of retention of knowledge and skills gained during the ToT. The provincial supervisors serve as mentors for the operational district (OD) level TB staff. Hence, their TB M&E knowledge and skills are important to improve national TB M&E. Understanding the level of TB M&E knowledge post-training will aid the formulation of strategies for continuing education of the supervisors.
