Action plan to optimize the system of providing anti-tuberculosis assistance to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2017-2026
Abstract: План действий по оптимизации системы оказания противотуберкулезной помощи населению Кыргызской Республики на 2017-2026 годы (далее - План действий) направлен на достижение целей и задач, определенных законами Кыргызской Республики "О защите населения от туберкулеза" и ""Об охране здоровья граждан в Кыргызской Республике, а также принимаемых Правительством Кыргызской Республики стратегических программных документов в области здравоохранения.
Цели и задачи Плана действий будут решаться в рамках реструктуризации сети противотуберкулезных организаций и оптимизации их деятельности, обеспечения раннего выявления и качественной диагностики туберкулеза, в том числе лекарственно-устойчивых форм, повышения эффективности противотуберкулезных мероприятий и усиления интеграции противотуберкулезных услуг на уровне первичного звена здравоохранения и внедрения амбулаторного лечения туберкулеза.

The Action Plan to Optimize the System of Providing Anti-TB Care to the Population of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2017-2026 (hereinafter - the Action Plan) is aimed at achieving the goals and objectives defined by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic " On protection of the population from tuberculosis" and " On the protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", as well as the strategic program documents in the field of healthcare adopted by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The goals and objectives of the Action Plan will be achieved within the framework of restructuring the network of anti-tuberculosis organizations and optimizing their activities, ensuring early detection and high-quality diagnosis of tuberculosis, including drug-resistant forms, increasing the effectiveness of anti-tuberculosis measures and strengthening the integration of anti-tuberculosis services at the primary health care level and implementation outpatient treatment of tuberculosis.
