Guide to Measure the Prevalence of Active TB Disease Among Health Care Workers
Abstract: Health care workers (HCWs) are at high risk of contracting tuberculosis (TB). Measuring the TB prevalence among HCWs provides the necessary information to guide national TB programs (NTP) in the development of interventions to protect HCWs and helps to improve programming, enabling the tailoring of NTP interventions to ensure the adequate protection of all HCWs.
