Malawi Partnership Statement
Abstract: This Statement of Partnership ("SP") reflects the intended cooperation between the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) of the Government of Malawi and the United States Agency for International Development in Malawi (USAID/Malawi); collectively these entities will be referred to as the "Parties". It is issued in accordance with the terms of the Development Objective Assistance Agreement (DOAG) for Malawi signed by the Government of Malawi and the Government of the United States of America (USG), acting through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on September 19, 2013, and as amended.
