Abstract: Ensuring the delivery of person-centered care (PCC) is the cornerstone of national TB programs to implement effective services and interventions. The Quality of TB Service Assessments (QTSAs) offer an opportunity to evaluate facility practices related to providing PCC and highlight potential target areas for improvement.
