Tuberculosis Data Quality Checklist: Standard Operating Procedure
Abstract: The Tuberculosis (TB) Data Quality Review (DQR) tools will be routinely utilized by TB supervisors at the operational district (OD) level to conduct data quality checks on reporting completeness and timeliness, data accuracy, and internal consistency of reported data. Hence, this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is designed to provide guidance to the TB OD level supervisors on how to conduct the data quality reviews and implement the DQR tools (DQR data quality checklist and Excel spreadsheet).
